1.1 Users: The product is available to registered Users and Doctors.
i. "Registered Users" are those who have registered and created an account with Website by providing personal information to the Website and who can sign in to the Website by providing their credentials.
ii. "Non-Registered Users" are users who are not registered with the Website but may access information on the Website. Certain features of the Website are available to Registered Users only.
iii. "Doctors are duly qualified members of medical profession and with whom Registered Users can consult over phone privately with respect to their queries
- Who can generate and provide health related information and education material for general use of Users
- Who can provide information to queries raised by Users.

ii. Feature for Storing Medical Records online: Upload and store medical records online for you as well as your relative. The Website provides option for uploading your medical records, which may be accessed by the Doctors at the time of consultation.

Feature to consult with your Doctor over phone via video consultation: Based on your health issues, you can request an appointment on the Website and once your consultation request is successfully completed you will receive a notification regarding the consultation you will get accurate and generic information from doctor.
iv. Option to Ask Question with your Doctor: User can ask Questions to doctor based on your health condition. Doctor will give reply to your queries which is accessible from your login.

i. Option to search Doctors Profiles with various search criteria. The Non-registered users can read blogs and health tips posted by Doctors. Also they can use BMI calculator.
c) For Doctors:
i. To submit & publish profile: You can upload your profile containing your name, qualification, consultation fees, specialization, experience, education, personal statement, professional memberships etc. Your profile is open to all Registered Users.
ii. Conduct video consultation: You may use Website or the android application for video consultation with Registered Users.
iii. Feature to save availability at different locations.
iv. Feature to publish health tips to all users.
v. Feature to post blog based on health related news or research findings.
vi. Feature to give reply to user quires.
2. SERVICES OFFERED:
2.1. We encourages the communication between Users, Registered user and Doctors/Healthcare experts those who partake in our service, through phone and chat consultation.
2.2. We will put the most ideal push to instruct the users. However does not ensure that telephonic consultation is the suitable course of treatment for your specific health issue. You are strictly essential to contact your personal doctor instantly if your condition change or your side effects intensify.

It is exclusively the right of user to visit subscribe or avail the service provided by the Healthcare experts.
